THE GREAT 8 – Announcing New Staff Hires & Promotions

Volleyball BC has strengthened its team considerably over the past few months and we wanted to make you aware of the changes to our already impressive roster of employees. The following is a list of new hires and internal promotions.

Chirs Dahl  – Director of Coach Development

Spearheading our development & support of coaches, Chris brings a wealth of experience to this position. One of the top coaches in the country, Chris will focus on NCCP planning and evaluation as well as providing province-wide mentorship.

Jay Tremonti – Technical Director

With the Canada Summer Games coming up in Winnipeg, Jay is leading the way for Team BC. His intelligence and big picture thinking will make a huge difference in the way we see and play the game in the years to come.

Kyle Donen – Regional Manager Fraser Valley

Kyle is the men’s head coach at UFV and a former CIS Varsity player who has very strong ties to the Valley. Whether it’s working with kids or older high-performance athletes, Kyle always puts the sport of volleyball first.

Bethany Tooke – Adult Program Manager

Smart and savvy, Bethany has graduated from our Youth system into the Adult stream. Under her dynamic leadership, the adult game will trend upwards for sure. A strong communicator, Bethany also guides our successful adult beach program as well.

Alex Pappas – Youth Program Manager
