The Referee Development Manager is responsible for referee liaison with the ROC and different Zone representatives. He deals with administration and referee payments. Glenn is driving initiatives for recruitment of new referees and retention for existing referees. Glenn is a National Level Referee and enjoys coaching on the side.

In addition, to overseeing the all referee development in BC, Glenn is responsible for coordinating all pickleball rentals for the Harry Jerome Sports Center.
