Full-Time Positions

Finance Officer – contract position in partnership with Curl BC
(15-20 hours per week per organisation)

Competition will remain open until filled.

We are seeking an experienced and versatile individual to fill the position of Finance Officer for Volleyball BC and Curl BC. Reporting to both CEOs, this role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of financial services including maintaining accounts, payments and receivables, and preparing financial reports. This is a unique opportunity to experience working in two non-profit organisations with hands-on service delivery. The successful candidate will be organised, efficient and have excellent communication skills.

This position is located at both head offices in Burnaby, BC, with the ability to work from home when appropriate.

Community Coaches

We have multiple coaching opportunities with community programs in Kelowna and West Kelowna. Coaches and older athletes are invited to apply for any programs they are interested in leading. Interested individuals can apply for any program they are interested in, or can apply to be hired on a part-time basis to lead all community programs in the Central Okanagan this fall.

Youth Program Coaches
 
We are currently recruiting coaches for youth programs in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Possibilities include the NEW Smashball Program, Atomic, Train & Play, and other opportunities.
 
Requirements include:
  • Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Screen.
  • Active engagement in coach education and improvement.
  • A positive personality and caring attitude.
