This past weekend 14 teams competed in the Island 16U Girls Super Series Event. The event took place at Vancouver Island University and teams from Vancouver Island, Fraser Valley, and the Lower Mainland competed.
In the finals, Airborne came out as the 2015 Champions, defeating FVVC in a three set thriller that went back and forth the entire match. The Victoria Titans won the battle of the island teams, claiming a third place finish by defeating the Powell River Aces.
