You Spoke, We Listened!
We are excited to share with you the results of our first Annual Member Survey that we carried out earlier this year. Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey and provided your thoughts and feedback.
As part of our Strategic Plan’s commitment to strong stakeholder relationships and meaningful services, we launched our new Annual Member Survey from July 1-31, 2021. We promoted the survey on our website, newsletters, social media and on-site at our programs and events. Over 440 of you completed the survey, including Youth, Adult Players, Coaches, Referees, and Club Directors.
We have spent the last few months analysing and reviewing the data in order to:
- Assess satisfaction levels, perception of, and areas of improvement for Volleyball BC.
- Develop benchmark measures that can be repeated annually to improve our services and programs.
- Identify priorities and next steps on key areas which can translated into action plans for forthcoming years.
Over the next few months, we will be launching a new Membership Engagement Strategy and a new website that will be a direct response to the feedback that we heard from you. Coming your way soon in 2022!
