The games started at 1pm today and will run until 9pm tonight with continuing action on Saturday and Sunday. The girls and boys 15U started play on Friday with some very close games and exciting rallies.

Provincial shirts are the must-have item at the Canuck Volleyball booth while players and parents are enjoying checking out photos at the Sports Action Pictures booth. There are multiple contests running at the Tradex this weekend: Volleyball BC has a contest to win a volleyball each day, PowerPlant Whole foods is giving away a box of their raw bars, Athletes in Action is giving away $200 towards any of their programs, and Darrin Moreira training is giving away a free assessment and 1 month personalized program. If you haven’t checked them out, make sure to head by the vendor areas of the convention centre.

Starting 8am Saturday morning the 16U age group will begin their stage of the tournament and we’ll have our live stream of the feature court starting at 6pm (sportscanada.tv/volleyballbc).
