Our Staff Members

Lesley has worked in the Provincial Sport system for over 13 years, with the majority of that time spent with Softball BC, most recently as their Communications and Marketing Manager. In her new role at VBC as Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Events, Lesley is responsible for delivery of major annual events including Indoor and Outdoor Volleyball Youth Provincial Championships, the Vancouver Open and Beach Tour and the Hall of Fame Awards. Lesley is responsible for other VBC events and works with the Women’s National Team, and other national/international organizations as required for events hosted in BC. With Strategic Initiatives, she acts as an organizational support for the development, delivery and operationalization of key strategic and operational plans, including High-Performance Plan, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan, Safe Sport Action Plan, and Coach & Referee Development Plans. Lesley was born and raised in Penticton but has resided in the Lower Mainland for 15 years. Outside of volleyball, Lesley likes to camp, cook and catch up with old friends at the ball park.
