Notice is hereby given, that the 2020 annual general meeting of members of Volleyball BC will be held on June 20, 2020, at the hour of 10:00am. The meeting will be held electronically due to COVID-19.

2020 Annual General Meeting AGENDA: 
a)   Call to order;
b)            Establishment of quorum;
c)            Approval of the agenda;
d)            Approval of minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting (April 20, 2019);
e)            Presentation of reports;
f)             Financial report;
g)            Appointment of Auditors;
h)            Election of new Directors; and
i)             Adjournment. 

Directly after the conclusion of the meeting, Volleyball BC will be hosting a short presentation on a Return to Play plan we’d like to share with you.

For those looking to attend the AGM, please register through the Volleyball BC registration system HERE.  We strongly recommend that someone from your club be present at the meeting. 

Applications are now closed. We thank all those qualified candidates who applied for the VBC Board of Directors by completing. A Nominations Committee will review all nominations and communicate them to members in advance of the 2020 Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2020.
