Volleyball BC is making some big changes ahead of its 50th anniversary celebrations in 2015. Perhaps one of the largest and most noticeable changes is the launch of a new website for the volleyballbc.org domain.

To develop a site that could offer the best user experience, Volleyball BC teamed up with the well-known and talented web developers at Forge and Smith. The designers at Forge and Smith carefully built a site that would offer our web visitors event listings, results, news, and social media connections. The launch of this website is just one step in the efforts by Volleyball BC to ensure that the volleyball community is able to easily find, sign-up, and participate in volleyball events in British Columbia.

Some key features of the new website –

• Mobile Friendly – The new website was designed to work on your phone or tablet. Search for events or check results on the go.
• Play Menu – This easily navigated menu offers members the ability to choose events by simple criteria such as Youth or Adult, Indoor or Outdoor. Visitors can quickly find their playing area of interest and see upcoming events for which they can register.
• Event Sorting -See all events in a category or sort by events in your area.
• Upcoming Events – Quickly see what events are on the horizon.
• Event Calendar – Search for events by month or view events in chronological order.
• Results Section – After an event has completed, a highlighted events area will display results for that event. Visitors will be able to search through events by date to view historic results.
