-It’s off to the coast for the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack women’s volleyball team. The Pack will be playing some scrimmages and exhibition matches this Friday and Saturday (Oct 4-5).
The opposition will be the Trinity Western University Spartans on Friday (Oct 4) and the UBC Thunderbirds on Saturday (Oct 5). The matches will be played in Langley and Vancouver respectively.
Thompson Rivers is coming off hosting their own exhibition tourney where they tied McEwan, lost in five to UBC and in three straight sets to UBCO.
TRU will open up their 2019 Canada West regular season on the road on October 18 th in Brandon against the Bobcats. Their home opener is Friday, October 25th at the Tournament Capital Centre versus the University of Calgary Dinos. Match time is set for 6:45 pm.
