The Okanagan is set for the BC Provincial Championships!

This past weekend, the Okanagan hosted a series of Regional Championships for 13U, 14U, 15U & 16U Girls.

Kelowna Krossfire defeated The Pack in the 13U Girls showdown at Kelowna Christian School to take top honours.  Kelowna Krossfire will be headed into their Provincial Championship as the number one seed out of the Okanagan.

Capturing the 14U Girls Okanagan Championship title were the Kelowna Knockouts who narrowly defeated their Okanagan Valley counterparts, Vernon Impact.  Both teams will represent the Okanagan in Division 1 at the Provincial Championships.

The 15U Girls Regional Championship went to Vernon Pride who beat Kelowna Kweens in a three set thriller.  Vernon Pride will go on to compete in Division 1 at the 15U Girls Provincial Championships next month.

The Pack White has proved all year that they are Provincial Championship contenders, and this weekend was no exception.  The Pack White only lost one set all weekend on their way to becoming the 2014 Okanagan Champions.  Kelowna Kash was once again victim to The Pack White, losing in straight sets in the final match.

Overall, 31 teams participated across the four events in Kelowna and Kamloops.  Good luck to all teams headed to the Tradex! Results for regionals can be viewed below or on the Club Tournaments page.
