Volleyball BC is offering two free coaching clinics as part of the province wide pro-d day on October 25th. Teachers and coaches are welcome to attend for one or both at Harry Jerome Sports Centre (7564 Barnet Hwy. Burnaby, BC).

Smashball – 930am to 12pm
Smashball is our new grassroots program for younger athletes. Smashball is a fast-paced experience that allows athletes to play and compete as quickly as possible while experiencing the most exciting part of the game, attacking the ball!
Volleyball – 1pm to 330pm
This afternoon clinic will cover modern volleyball concepts to help make your PE and extracurricular programs more fun, more engaging, and more competitive.
Participants will have the opportunity to access additional support for their programs, including in-person coaching and equipment for Smashball.
Attending both sessions will be a great way to see how you can link concepts and coaching methods across programs at all levels.
VBC Regional Manager Fraser McIntosh will be leading both clinics. Fraser has helped Volleyball Canada, Volleyball BC, and the Ontario Volleyball Association to develop the Smashball program and has a wealth of experience coaching athletes from the elementary to the international level.
