This annual playday is a favorite for clubs and gives teams a great chance to continue to develop their skills.

Court Size – 9m width x 8m depth.
Pool Play
Matches are best of 2 of 3 sets (25-25-15), no cap.
Tripleball – Please see Appendix C of the Volleyball BC Club Handbook.
Fair Play rule will be utilized – Athletes not starting the 1st set MUST start the 2nd set. Any athlete may start in the 3rd set. In the 1st and 2nd sets, NO substitutions may take place, unless there is an injury.
Libero not allowed. 12 Limited Substitution (AA Level), 12 Unlimited Substitution (A Level).
2016 net rule in effect.
Receiving the serve or toss with an overhand motion using the fingers (volleying/setting the serve) is not permitted.
Teams will be guaranteed a 10 minute warm-up (5 & 5) for their first match and a 6 minute warm-up (3 & 3) for all subsequent matches behind schedule.
Teams will be responsible for providing one linesperson & one scorekeeper for each of their OWN matches. This can be players on the bench, parents, etc.
