Earl Marriott And Langley Christian Hold On To Top Spots, Claremont And George Elliot Hot On Their Heels In High School Boys Volleyball Rankings

Yesterday, the latest Senior Boys High School Volleyball rankings were released with both Earl Marriott and Langley Christian holding onto top spot in their respective divisions.

Earl Marriott held onto top spot by winning the Douglas College Tournament over the weekend. The tournament featured several strong teams with Earl Marroitt knocking off No. 7 ranked (AAA) Van Tech in the finals.

Richmond Christian had a strong showing at the tournament as well and was the top AA Boys team – finishing third.

On the Island, Claremont is making a strong case to challenge Earl Marriott for top spot after winning the Camosun Fall Classic.

Claremont knocked off Oak Bay in the finals of the Camosun Fall Classic after getting a bit of a scare for Pacific Christian in the semifinals. The second place finish vaulted Oak Bay in No. 10 (AAA) in the rankings.
