Coaching Development

Volleyball BC is working to align our systems and tactics to those of Volleyball Canada.  Our goal is to be united as a province and country when teaching the core principles of the game.

Volleyball BC will be using a Volleyball Canada created document to be used for the next Olympic cycle in hopes of working toward a new and higher standard of play.

We encourage all coaches to use this DOCUMENT as their “curriculum” when teaching youth the skills, tactics and systems of the game.
